Byron (aka Byro):
In the 1989 sci-fi movie Slipstream, the world has totally gone a type of Doomsday one would
find reading an Incan prophecy. Two cops (one played by Mark Hamill) are on the trail of a robot that is wanted
for murder. An independent bounty hunter played by Bill Paxton sees an opportunity for some
quick cash by turning in said robot whom he mistakenly names Byron. Over the course of their adventure -- of
running from the cops -- the bounty hunter and his robot companion become close friends. Byron learns such human emotions
as friendship and love as well as hatred and revenge.
