Does this headline make sense to you?

U.S. Bank in St. Paul bank is robbed

The above headline appeared in the online version of the Star Tribune  (Because of stupid policies, that link will probably be broken soon. )  Anyway, it is obviously a story about a U.S. Bank in Saint Paul being robbed.   There seems to be an extra bank in there.  The headline should read either

U.S. Bank in St. Paul is robbed

or

St. Paul bank is robbed.

The original simply does not make any sense.  Do they not employ any copy editors?  Hasn't anyone else but me noticed this?  (I will rant about the Strib's vanishing articles later...)
